Restore your mind and body
We will focus on stretching in the first 15 minutes. The next 45 minutes will be a journey of breath work, mindfulness and visualization, being present, savouring the moment and practicing gratitude. A body scan will make you aware of any tension in your body and help relax.
Four people in a nice, cozy and modern location.
Virtual option available for 25 people.

Then you can get ready to address any stress, tension or imbalance.
Get in your comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat.
Welcome with herbal tea upon arrival and short introduction.
