I am a certified Yoga Nidra teacher.
Like many people, I get overwhelmed mentally and physically from time to time due to stress at work, lots happening in my personal life or recovering from an illness/injury.
A holistic set of tools has been helpful for recovery, including exercise, a supportive network and traditional/alternative medicine. Meditation and yoga practices were the right complement.
I have curated some of my favourite meditation and relaxation practices to share with others who also enjoy them and warm our mind and body together.
